RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • At ONE NOT TWO, all ensembles are made to order.
  • We give you the option of cancelling your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. Any cancellations after 24 hours will not be considered.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, if the order is not fulfilled/not delivered, you will be offered an alternate option of store credit or full refund.
  • Any customisation of colour/size shall be confirmed after a detailed discussion between you and our team and you shall be intimated of the same through email and text message. Any changes to the agreed customisation shall not be considered after the order has been confirmed and put into process.
